5 Easy Way to Boost Your MOOD!

Instead, try doing these five things to shake those negative feelings and put a smile on your face.

Listen to music. Listening to your favorite tunes or exploring some new material is a very easy way to improve your mood. The music may even get you motivated to get up and dance or sing along—both of which will reduce the stress hormones in your body.

Go on a cleaning spree. If you’re upset or angry about something you can’t control, dive into something that you can control: cleaning! Whether you clean your desk at work, your bedroom, or those dirty dishes that have been piling up in the sink all week, cleaning is something you have complete control over it may just be the perfect way to clear your mind.

Exercise. Head outside for a walk, run, bike ride, or swim to start your day off right. It may be difficult to get into the habit of exercising in the morning, but once you do you’ll benefit from a boost of energy and productivity. In addition, try replacing your morning coffee with water to kickstart your digestive system and increase your hydration.

Get more sleep. There’s no better feeling than being able to wake up feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to tackle a new day.
